A very exciting Motorsports company are looking for an agile, multi-talented EA to join the team supporting two of their most senior executives. Based in the office in Central London you will also be able to travel to some of the company's major, high-profile events all over the world, about 6 times a year.
The principals are legendary in the sport, dynamic, very well connected and passionate about the industry and have positive, vibrant personalities.
The office environment is very friendly and collaborative, fast-paced, inclusive and very exciting.
• Prioritising inboxes, drafting responses, redirections, and flagging
• International travel to all events and other international meetings, itineraries, logistics etc.
• Setting up meetings internationally, internal and external
• Briefing notes for meetings with profiles, relevant info etc.
• Organise the principals’ hectic diaries and prioritise on their behalf – be one step ahead – proactive
• Operational tasks, arranging schedules for and on event days, who they meet and when, looking after the VIP high-profile guests, liaising with the press
• Organising dinners, small events etc.
• Adhoc projects
• Proactive support, forward planning
The ideal candidate will have/is :
• 2-3 years PA/EA experience including international travel, visas, itineraries etc.
• Highly organised, used to complex diary across time zones
• Open on background, a mix of PA and event management would work well
• High energy, team payer, muck-in, no one precious
• Collaborative, calm under pressure, FAST-PACED
• Happy to work long hours when at events
• Good people skills, competent with people from all backgrounds including UHNWs
• MUST be a sports lover (doesn’t have to be motorsport) but understands the excitement of competitive sport
• Well spoken, well presented – represents the brand on event days
