Rare opportunity to join a highly reputable property company (not estate agency ), as PA/Administrative Assistant to the Company Secretary, providing high-level governance and administrative support to the senior stakeholders. Based in very stylish central offices, you would be joining a supportive, welcoming team, plus there are amazing benefits!

Key Responsibilities – PA/Administrative Assistant:
  • Assisting the Company Secretary for various entities, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing board meetings and AGMs, preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and maintaining corporate records.
  • Liaising with third party partners (legal, tax, and financial advisors) to support corporate governance and strategic decision-making.
  • Handling sensitive family office administration, including asset management, trusts, and confidential documentation.
  • Senior shareholder management and liaison, dealing with queries, keeping records.
  • Coordinating legal filings, Companies House submissions, and shareholder communications.
  • Overseeing insurance, risk management, and other key administrative functions.
You will be/have - PA/Administrative Assistant
  • A qualified or part-qualified Company Secretary or legal professional with experience in corporate governance would be ideal.
  • Proven background in managing company secretarial duties within a private office, family business, or similar environment.
  • Exceptional discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills and proactive with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders/board members desirable.
