Role – Customer Service Adviser
Location – Nuneaton
Working Hours – Full Time in office 9am-5.30pm

Responsibilities
• Handling inbound calls
• Answering email queries
• Completing sales orders for customers
• Representing the company as a brand ambassador
• Achieving company targets
• Resolving customer issues and complaints
Key Skills
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for helping customers.
• Previous customer service experience
• Proven ability to hit targets.
• Ability in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
