The role - PA:
- Managing busy diaries, organising meetings and travel
- Handling calls with professionalism and discretion
- Key client and stakeholder management
- Organising internal and external events
- Creating and managing marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, and online listings
- Liaising with external suppliers to support the property lifecycle
- Coordinating internal communications and providing wider business support
- Collaborating with marketing, HR, and finance teams
- Assisting with social media and PR requests
- Helping shape team culture through social and charity initiatives
You will be/have:
- A highly capable PA with 2++ yrs experience who enjoys working at pace and takes pride in being organised, professional and reliable.
- Confident, with outstanding organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters
- A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team wherever needed
- Experience in property, private client, or professional services environment
