Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
We are looking for an initiative-taking and intelligent Admin Coordinator interested in supporting a compelling cause in this exciting role as a Campaign Coordinator for a lovely charity. We need someone who is eager to put their administrative skills to effective use in a role that involves diary management, data entry, monitoring donations, and managing other contributions, ensuring that every donation is acknowledged and appreciated!
This is a fantastic part-time, contracted role, where you can choose to work your hours across three days or five, with Monday being a fixed day in the office. The role is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, at a company where employees are at the heart of everything we do. It is a wonderful place to work, with potential for more opportunities for the right person.
The Role
•	Managing the inbox and responding to all enquiries promptly and professionally.
•	Monitoring online activity and news articles related to the project, key individuals, and other relevant campaigns.
•	Supporting the team in raising money for donations and preparing various fundraising campaigns.
•	Tracking and maintaining engagement with clients and supporters.
•	Collaborating with the team to organise and plan various events and attending when required.
•	Sending correspondence to those who have made donations.
•	Data entry and management of donor information in adherence with GDPR guidelines.
•	Financial reporting on donations.
What We Are Looking For
•	Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook (Excel experience preferred).
•	Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
•	A positive, initiative-taking attitude.
•	Customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
