Office Manager (ID:9465)
Are you an Office Manager looking for your next role? This is a traditional Office Manager role for a consultancy based in Mayfair. A hybrid role which offers flexibility within a company with great benefits and progression.
Duties:
-Overseeing building maintenance, cleaning, etc. and ensuring it is carried out to a high standard.
-Liaising with outside contractors.
-Responsible for maintaining the highest level of physical security for the London office at all times.
-Reviewing contracts and cost with COO to ensure best value for the firm whilst maintaining or improving standards.
-Help and facilitate refurbishment
-Liaising with our property management firm
-Room management
-All in-house catering management (ordering of all food etc, menu planning, liaising with chefs, assistants and waitresses)
-Developing and maintaining a good relationship with our chef and waiting staff.
-Communicating any updates, changes or opportunities for the office more widely.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations: calendar all meetings, file expense reports.
-Working closely with the Events team.
Requirements:
- 3 years+ Office Manager Experience
- Strong communicator
