Hotel Reservations Agent (ID:9533)
A nationally-renowned hospitality company, with offices based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for a dynamic and proactive Hotel Reservations Agent to provide excellent customer service in order to maintain existing relationships with corporate clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the hospitality industry whilst working in a professional environment within a supportive and forward-thinking team. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all telephone calls with the highest level of customer service
- Seeking out and creating opportunities to maximise sales
- Completing general administerial tasks
- Managing group and corporate bookings and enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and will be competent in all Microsoft Office products. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential for this role, preferably in the Hotel industry wit some knowledge of reservation programmes.
