Recruitment Administrator (ID:9539)
A global business, with offices based in Birmingham Business Park, are looking for a proactive and efficient Temporary Recruitment Administrator to help support their in-house Recruitment and HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the HR sector as well as insight on working for a corporate, international business. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new employees
- Ensuring compliance with company and industry protocols
- Maintaining confidentiality of the onboarding procedure in line with GDPR regulations
- Completing adhoc general administerial tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a recruitment/HR-based role and will be confident in using all Microsoft Office products. They will also have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, be adaptable with great attention to detail.
