For our client, one of the largest and successful International Law Firms in Brussels, we are looking for a High-level Receptionist for covering a maternity leave, where you will provide an exceptional and world class reception service. To ensure this memorable experience, you will closely collaborate with other teams and service providers.


  • Hosting all visitors, delighting the customer and ensuring a world class customer experience
  • Delivering high performance through client service excellence
  • Greeting clients, adhering to the agreed service levels
  • Welcoming and escorting all visitors to their work place or room
  • Providing and removing equipment
  • Answering the telephone, adhering to standard greeting
  • Taking ownership of requests and co-ordinating all elements of the service
  • Performing all tasks and responsibilities as per standard operating procedures
  • Accurate and efficient booking of the meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the housekeeping is maintained to a very high standard at all times
  • Ensuring your knowledge is up to date and relevant so that enquiries are answered quickly and dealt with in a professional manner
  • Booking of taxis on behalf of clients and employees
  • Handling administration duties as required
  • Managing effective collaboration with other teams and other service providers
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are efficient, effective and relevant
  • Attending a weekly and a monthly 1-1 meetings.


  • You have a High school degree or ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism
  • You have minimum 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist, Guest Assistant, ideally in a professional services environment or in Hospitality Sector in a high-level manner
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You have excellent communication skills – written and oral – in English and French or Dutch
  • You have excellent professional presence and has good social and negotiation skills
  • You are proactive, problem solver and detail oriented
  • You are organized, service minded, initiative taker and team player
  • You have the ability to see the big picture and to work under pressure
  • You have cultural awareness

  • A temporary contract of min. 8 months
