Do you have a passion for HR? We are looking for an individual for an exciting role within the HR department of an international company based in Birmingham City Centre. This is an opportunity to apply existing HR administrative skills to a new and exciting environment. The responsibilities of the role include:

Organisation of starters, leavers, sickness and absences including all appropriate documentation
Management of payroll functions as well as acting as the point of contact for Line Managers and Employees
Preparation of reports in line with HR related compliance
Act as first point of contact for all system related queries and issues
Effective usage of Microsoft packages in order to modify documents including offer letters and contracts
Accurate update of personnel records in line with the HR System
Recruitment of new employees including reference checks

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and qualities:
GCSE Maths and English A-C (or equivalent)
High level of computer literacy including Excel and Word as well as knowledge of Windows based payroll system
A minimum of 6 months HR administration experience based on a procedural approach to workloads
Compliance to processes within a HR capacity
Demonstrable ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads
