A global, innovative and hugely successful digital tech business that work with some of the world’s biggest brands are looking for a hungry EA to support their charming and inspirational Founder and highly impressive COO.

Founded in 2017, the company has sky-rocketed in growth; championing its competitors across the board, making headlines, winning awards, and dominating a large part of the market. Fabulous creative offices in Central London - the team are dynamic, diverse, fast-paced and sociable. The Founder is looking for someone to ‘revolutionise’ his entire life, a true-gate-keeper/guardian of his time, someone to make his life easier and have his back, pre-empt situations, go above and beyond, use initiative and be an integral part of the success of the business. A fast-paced role that will involve; extensive diary management, complex international travel and itineraries, true right-hand/gate-keeper – manage all forms of communication, research ahead of meetings, inbox management, oversee the daily running of the office and staff trips/welfare, personal support, organise events and adhoc PA duties to COO.  

You will need to be exceptionally organised, able to work at pace, handle a high-volume work-load in a calm and efficient manner and always be 10 steps ahead pre-empting situations. This would suit some-one savvy, on-trend and dynamic as well as caring, conscientious, fun and flexible.

Must have a minimum of 4 years EA experience, meticulous attention to detail and very strong IT skills/tech savvy.
