Varied Administrator Job - Start-up Luxury Drinks Brand

A fledging luxury spirits brand with an onus on high-quality, organic and sustainability are looking for a seasoned, dynamic, bright and experienced Business Coordinator/Administrator to join their small team. The company are still very much in their infancy but with their wealth of expertise and impressive backgrounds, the company have already achieved great things and have earnt themselves a considerable amount of exposure in the luxury market. They are already selling their products internationally and have realistic ambitious growth plans – such an incredibly exciting time to join this brand on its way to the top. This is a newly created role supporting the Founder in all areas of business administration, the hiring of this person will free up the Founders time to drive the business forward. This hugely varied administrative role will incorporate all areas of business support – financial admin, operations, logistics, organising events, proof-reading marketing material and liaising with suppliers plus so much more. You will work in conjunction with the Founder to ensure the smooth running of the business and its efficiency. They are looking for someone bright, numerate, solid administrative experience plus ideally tech savvy and an understanding/passion for small growing businesses. This person has got to be able to work autonomously, be flexible to a changing/growing role and have very strong attention to detail. An even bigger bonus would be administrative experience within the drinks industry/start-up brand.
