A fantastic opportunity to join an integrated marketing agency that specialise in the property sector. This role is primarily focused on selling the agencies services across a number of brands within the group.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting colleagues follow ups from our new business and marketing activity
• Assist to deliver the marketing and new business plans across the Group.
• Helping to deliver webinars and events
• Supporting colleagues follow ups from new business and marketing activity.
• Helping to write compelling tenders and proposals.
• Research to identify key prospects to create a pipeline of opportunities.
• Producing regular reports to analyse the effectiveness of sales and marketing activity.
To be considered for the role you will match the following :
• Track record of successful lead follow-up and sales-development at senior executive level.
• Able to build relationships across business units and facilitate effective internal communication.
• Experience of using a CRM to make outbound calls/emails, create email sequences, and track and report on sales.
• Capable of working collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to produce sales collateral.
• Familiar with the tender and RFI process.
• Confident to attend trade shows and conferences to represent the business and source leads.
• Knowledge and understanding of the built environment/ property sector.
• An interest in politics / current affairs.
